Bio

My name is Kori and I’m the face behind the idea Stick Your Cause! Here are a few fun facts about me: 

• I have a couple of degrees in biology (B.S. and M.S.), catered towards wildlife and conservation 
• I absolutely love sticking stickers everywhere, especially in places where people will see them
• I’ve recently acquired many (and I mean MANY) houseplants 
• I have a dog, Chief, and chinchilla, Cosmo, that are super needy and love treats 
• I love snakes and other herpetofauna
• I'm currently pursuing an M.S. in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation with a concentration in Wildlife Forensic Sciences and Conservation at University of Florida
• I work on an army base marking timber for red-cockaded woodpecker habitat management

So here's the deal: I love stickers and I know other people do, so why not make stickers for everyone! I can design and make whatever sticker you want—doesn’t have to be for a cause, but I’d like for it to be. Stickers have such an impact for how little they are and that’s what’s great about them.

It all started when I was a little girl. I LOVED getting stickers and putting them everywhere I could. Then as I got older, my passion for wildlife had me buying stickers left and right but none elicited any conversation, especially why wildlife are important—they were just stickers. I decided that I wanted to use my novice art skills and knowledge of wildlife and other subjects to create stickers that would be conversation starters. That's how Stick Your Cause came to fruition!
